The Aston Martin DBX is the result of a long history of building some of the world’s best sports cars and most successful racing cars. The DBX V8 is equipped with a twin turbocharged 4.0L V8 engine that delivers 542 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque to all four wheels. This is sufficient to power the DBX to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and allow a top speed of 291 km/h. If you desire an even higher level of performance, the DBX 707 increases the engine’s output to 697 horsepower and 663 lb-ft of torque, which brings the acceleration times down to only 3.3 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h and the top speed can now reach 310 km/h. In order to make the most of this power, both versions of the DBX feature a front mid-mounted engine that helps distribute the weight more evenly between the front and the rear axles to provide a more balanced handling character.
