Aston Martin DBX VS Aston Martin BDX 707: The Differences

The Aston Martin DBX is the first SUV to wear the famous winged logo. This impressive vehicle is offered in two versions which have a different personality.

The DBX

The Aston Martin DBX is one of the sportiest and the most luxurious vehicles offered today. Its luxury is on par with what you have come to expect from any Aston Martin vehicle and the level of personalisation you can use to make you own DBX distinctive and unique is only limited by you imagination. In order to give it performances that are impressive and exhilarating, the DBX is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0L V8 engine that delivers 542 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque through a 9-speed automatic transmission which is smooth, quick and precise. This is enough power to launch the DBX to 100 km/h in only 4.5 seconds and keep it accelerating towards a top speed of 291 km/h. To control this power, the DBX is equipped with an adaptive air suspension that lets you choose the ride height as well as the level of firmness that is best suited to your preferences.

The DBX 707

The Aston Martin DBX 707 is a new version of the DBX which is aimed at buyers who want the absolute best performance the SUV can offer. This model increases the engine’s output up to 697 horsepower and 663 lb-ft of torque and replaces the regular automatic transmission by a 9-speed dual-clutch unit which is able to deliver lightning-quick gear changes at any time. This boost in power is responsible for an acceleration time to 100 km/h as low as 3.3 seconds and a top speed that is set above the 300 km/h mark, at 310 km/h. The DBX 707 is also equipped as standard with the carbon-ceramic brake disks in order to stop with more authority, even from its increased top speed.
