2021 Aston Martin DBX: Three Reasons to Make This Your Luxury SUV

The new Aston Martin DBX is the automaker's first SUV. It features sports car performance and handling, SUV versatility, all-terrain capabilities, a luxurious interior, and technology that makes the DBX one of the most advanced in its class.

  1. The DBX has the power to conquer them all

This luxury vehicle strikes a first impression as a highly refined vehicle, but it also proves itself as a top-performing SUV. It features a 4.0-litre twin-turbo eight-cylinder engine that generates a unique 542 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. This ensures a top speed of 291 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds. This power reaches the tarmac thanks to a performances-oriented 9-speed automatic transmission and state-of-the-art AWD.

  1. The DBX is designed for precision handling

The best-in-class handling will impress the discerning driver, and six driving modes ensure the DBX performs on a variety of road surfaces and conditions. This capability is the result of a worldwide testing program that exposed the DBX to the harshest environments. The scientific approach helped Aston Martin engineer a triple volume air suspension that allows the driver to raise or lower the DBX, and an electronically controlled 48V anti-roll system, the eARC, that keeps the DBX stable whatever the speed and conditions.

  1. The Aston Martin DBX features a rich interior

The handcrafted interior reaches the highest levels of luxury with premium materials and individual stitching. It is finished with Caithness leather, and other accents Alcantara headlining, a piano black veneer centre console, sports pedals, and satin chrome brightware.  

Other interior comfort and convenience features include heated front and rear seats, 40:20:40 split-folding rear seats, automatic 3-zone climate control, ambient lighting (64 colours, dual zone), and more.

The DBX also features advanced technologies to help make driving easier, safer, and more enjoyable. The 12.3” TFT driver information display offers a brilliant readout of the satellite navigation system, vehicle functions, entertainment options, and more. The 10.25” TFT central display places vital information in a prominent display that is easy to read and interpret. 

The 14-speaker premium audio system provides 800 watts of pure concert experience-like sound, with Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth with audio streaming, and more. All passengers will also appreciate the four available USB ports.
